• "You" or "your" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
• "Services" refers to all freight forwarding services provided by Cargo Crafters, including but not limited to shipping, transportation, and logistics management.

2. Services

Cargo Crafters provides freight forwarding services which include the coordination and shipment of goods from one location to another. Our services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the goods being shipped.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the shipment of goods.
• Ensure that all goods are properly packaged and labelled for shipment.
• Pay all fees and charges associated with our services in a timely manner.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees for services must be paid in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon at the time-of-service initiation.
• Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.
• If payment is not received within Five [5] day of the invoice due date, a late fee will be applied. The late fee will be calculated at 10% of the invoice amount or a maximum of USD 150, plus an interest rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the unpaid balance.
• In the event of late payment, you will also be responsible for any collection costs incurred by Cargo Crafters, including legal fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Cargo Crafters will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, customs inspections, and carrier delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Cargo Crafters is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods during transit unless such loss or damage is due to our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7. Insurance

• Insurance for goods in transit is available upon request and at an additional cost. It is your responsibility to pay for insurance if desired.
• Cargo Crafters is not liable for uninsured goods.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cargo Crafters and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

9. Termination

Cargo Crafters reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

Cargo Crafters reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
